Nicole Nemiroff

LMFT

Nicole has been in clinical practice for over ten years and works with adults who are capable, thoughtful, and doing their best, yet feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. These are often moments when therapy becomes less about fixing problems and more about gaining clarity, steadiness, and self understanding.

Her work is collaborative and guided by curiosity about the human experience and what supports healing and growth. Together with clients, Nicole focuses on developing insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools for help feeling more grounded and at home.

Nicole holds a master’s degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. Her clinical training includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, expressive arts, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches.

She works with adults navigating boundaries and codependency, family systems shaped by addiction or emotional instability, sports and sport performance, anxiety and trauma, spiritual questioning, multicultural identity integration, creativity and "stuckness", grief, identity transitions, burnout, perfectionism, and concerns related to self esteem and self trust.

If you want to learn more about your best self or you are seeking perspective and support, Nicole welcomes the opportunity to work together.
